About TenderOS

We build the workspace tender desks always wished they had.

Public procurement runs the world's most important infrastructure — power, water, defence, healthcare, transport — and the workflow behind every bid is still Word documents, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp threads. We're building the tool the next generation of bid managers deserves.

How we work

Four principles that drive every decision.

01

Cite or it didn't happen

Every sentence the AI writes carries a citation back to the RFP or your KB. Sections that can't be cited can't be marked ready.

02

Bid managers stay in the driver seat

TenderOS is a workspace, not a black box. Every agent action is visible, reversible, and editable by a human.

03

Procurement-grade trust by default

ABAC + RLS + audit log + no training on your data — on by default, not as an upsell.

04

Cost matters as much as quality

We tier models — Haiku for triage, Sonnet for vision and drafting — so a 214-page RFP costs a few dollars to ingest, not a few hundred.

Origin

Built by people who've been on every side of a bid.

TenderOS was founded after watching a bid team work the third all-nighter in a row to assemble a 200-page response that an LLM should have been able to draft in hours. We have engineers who've shipped at hyperscalers, bid managers who've worked at EPCs, and an opinionated belief that procurement is the most under-served knowledge-work category in the world.

Demo

Bring a real RFP. Watch us draft it in front of you.

A 20-minute call on Zoom or Google Meet. We'll parse one of your real tenders and walk you through the compliance matrix, the draft, and the citation panel. No slides, no pitch deck.
