Vision-first proposal engine

Turn a 300-page RFP
into a winning bid by Friday.

TenderOS reads every page of the RFP — scans, stamps, BOQ tables — extracts every requirement and deadline, grades your eligibility against your knowledge base, and drafts an evidence-cited proposal your team finishes in a real-time editor. Built for serious bid teams in energy, construction, defence, health, and IT.

Everything a winning bid needs, in one workspace.

Vision, retrieval, drafting, collaboration, evidence. Designed so your bid manager can answer the only question that matters: "are we ready?"

Vision-first RFP intake

Stamps, signatures, BOQ tables, floorplans — extracted by Claude Sonnet vision, not flaky OCR. Every fact carries a page citation that survives all the way to the final PDF.

  • Scans + digital text on the same pipeline
  • Auto-classifies each page (text, table, drawing, scan)
  • Cost-tiered: Haiku triage → Sonnet only where needed

Agentic drafting

Outline, draft, cite, verify, polish — specialist agents collaborate in a loop until each section is grounded and compliant.

Real-time collaborative editor

Microsoft-Word-style writing with multiplayer cursors, suggestions, comments, and an AI co-pilot. Right in your browser.

Procurement-grade trust

ABAC, Postgres RLS, immutable audit log, citation-locked AI output. Your tender data never trains a foundation model.

Plus a knowledge base, evidence search, BOQ assistant, pricing workbench, and a notification rail that keeps the team honest.

Why TenderOS

Built for the messy reality of public procurement.

Generic AI tools don't know what a BOQ is. Manual workflows don't scale. TenderOS is opinionated about what tenders need.

Security & trust

Procurement-grade trust from day one.

Tender data is sensitive — pricing, partner agreements, key personnel CVs. We built TenderOS so even our own team needs a reason to touch your tenant.

  • SOC 2 Type II in progress; evidence pack available under NDA.
  • Hosted on AWS, data-residency in your region of choice.
  • No training on your data — ever, by any party.

ABAC + Postgres RLS

Every row carries an org & resource attribute. Even a bad query cannot leak across tenants — the database itself refuses.

Encrypted in transit & at rest

TLS 1.2+ for every byte, AES-256 at the storage layer, KMS-managed keys with annual rotation.

SSO / SAML / SCIM

Bring Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 IdP. Provisioning and de-provisioning automated.

No training on your data

Your prompts and uploads are never used to train any model — ours or a vendor's. Bedrock is configured with opt-out.

Immutable audit log

Every AI action, edit, export, and access is recorded. SOC-2-style audit log is queryable and exportable.

BYO AWS account

On Enterprise, run the AI on your own Bedrock keys in your own AWS account. Spend, logs, residency all stay yours.

Customers

What bid teams say after their first month.

The vision pipeline parsed a 214-page RFP in under five minutes. Our bid manager could see the compliance gaps on a Tuesday morning instead of a Friday night.

We stopped declining tenders because the team didn't have time. The citation-locked drafts mean our reviewers spend an hour on a section that used to take three days.

Our legal team approved TenderOS faster than any vendor we've onboarded in five years. ABAC, RLS, no model training on our data, full audit log — they had nothing to push back on.

FAQ

Questions procurement teams ask us first.

  • Does TenderOS replace my bid manager?
No. We replace the typing, the citation hunting, and the compliance-matrix spreadsheet. Your bid manager spends their time on strategy, pricing, and relationships, which is what they should have been doing all along.
  • How is the vision pipeline different from regular OCR?
Regular OCR turns pixels into characters and stops there. Our pipeline renders each page to an image, classifies the layout, then routes scans and tables through Claude vision so signatures, stamps, BOQ structure, and floorplans become structured data — not a wall of broken text.
  • Will the AI hallucinate numbers into our bid?
Every drafted sentence is grounded by a retrieval pass and locked to a citation. Sections cannot be marked "ready" until every claim has a verified source in your knowledge base or in the RFP itself.
  • Who owns our data, and is it used to train models?
You own your data. We use AWS Bedrock with no-training enabled; nothing you upload trains any model — ours or a vendor's. Data sits in our isolated tenant in your chosen AWS region, or your own AWS account on Enterprise.
  • Can we bring our own AWS account or model keys?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You can wire TenderOS to your own Bedrock account so spend, logs, and data residency stay entirely on your side.
  • Which file formats do you accept?
PDF (native or scanned), DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ZIP bundles, and image folders. We re-render everything to vision-grade PNGs internally so the parsing path is the same regardless of source.
  • Do you support multi-language RFPs?
Yes. The vision pipeline is language-agnostic; the LLM stack handles English, Urdu, Arabic, French, and Spanish out of the box. Other languages can be enabled per tenant.
  • What happens to our data if we stop using TenderOS?
You can export every tender, proposal, KB document, and audit log as a zipped DOCX + JSON bundle from your settings. After offboarding, all tenant data is purged from primary storage and backups within 30 days.
